• 1-3 years of data center operations experience.
• Nationality: Egyptian
• Solid background in Network, Datacenter infrastructure, Virtualization infrastructure, system administration and architecture.
• Experience with diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools
• CCNA certificate is a must.
• MCSA is preferred
• VCP-DCV is preferred.

• Able to work in different data center areas and technologies whenever needed.
• Log all activities into the incident management system.
• Ensure incidents are closed in a timely fashion with verification of customer satisfaction.
• Support different solutions and multiple vendors with our customers in terms of Monitoring, Configuration assistance, Problem resolving, and TAC engagement.
• Do initial steps with the customers to solve or determine the physical and logical problems.
• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, Hyper-V.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Knowledge of Data center, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Troubleshooting with the customers the (Network and Datacenter).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, FTP, TFTP.
• Knowledge of HCI infrastructure.
• Up to (24×7) Customer Operations Support.
