Empowered by a rounded multi-dimension 30 years of collective experience gained across several roles & functions in local & international firms, Sameh Nagy joined SEE in October 2023 holding the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the transformation to a corporate firm where he is relying on his extensive hands-on experience in areas of Operations, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance, Strategic Management as well as leading Human Capital & Resources enabling well informed & balanced values. He managed in steering multiple mega activities of cross-functional / cross-countries’ teams.
He is the author of “Differentiated Enlightened Supply Chains” | ISBN: 978-977-90-1510-1 as well as the developer of the ‘DESC’ ® framework.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University. In addition to an MBA Degree from the German University in Cairo (GUC). His highest degree is a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from The International Business Academy of Switzerland (IBAS).
Hanan Miniesy
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Hanan Miniesy is SEE’s reputable Chief Finance Officer (CFO), with a collective experience for over 30 years. She is highly recognized & most prominently acknowledged for her colossal impact in managing the cash flow as the organization expanded the annual revenue from 145M EGP in 2013 to a staggering 1.3B EGP in 2020. She has a vital & central role within the organization leading her team since 2004.
She graduated from Ain Shams University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
Mohamed Saad
Finance Director
Mohamed Saad is SEE’s reputable Finance Director, with a collective practical experience for over 35 years. He is recognized as a vitally central associate to the organization, leading the finance team since 1995 & most prominently acknowledged for his colossal impact over the years.
He graduated from Ain Shams University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
Amr Fouad
Sales Director, SEE IT
Amr has more than 20 years of established collective experience in local & multinational organizations. He started his career in 2001 & progressed in different sales roles with top ranking performance until holding the current position in 2013 as the Sales Director for SEE IT LOB. His efforts, persistence & team leadership had a great impact in boosting & expanding the annual revenue of SEE IT LOB from 145M EGP in 2013 to a staggering 1.3B EGP in 2020.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Political Science from Cairo University.
Khaled Farouq
Technology Director, SEE IT
Khaled has more than 25 years of established collective experience in local & multinational organizations. He started his career in 1993 & progressed in different job roles & industries with major achievements until holding the current position in 2019 as the Technology Director for SEE IT LOB.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Telecommunication Engineering from Helwan University.
Wael Hal
Project Management Director, SEE IT
Wael has more than 20 years of established collective experience from different reputable IT organizations. He started his career as a Technical Support Engineer & advanced in different technical, managerial & business roles with top ranking performance. He contributed in major technical & business achievements throughout his career until holding the current position in 2022 as the Project Management Director for SEE IT LOB.

Karim Miniesy
Strategy Manager
An experienced professional with 10 years of collective experience in multinational & local organizations through his work in multiple roles & responsibilities that has shaped & developed a strong experience in the IT field. Karim joined SEE in 2022 & currently holding the position of Strategy Manager.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering from the German University in Cairo.
Tamer Moustafa
Renewal Services Manager, SEE IT
Tamer has more than 20 years of established collective experience from multiple reputable IT organizations. He started his career as a Technical Engineer & advanced in different roles & handled different responsibilities with top ranking performance. He contributed in major achievements throughout his career until holding the current position in 2011 as the Renewal Services Manager for SEE IT LOB.

Islam Kandil
Executive Consultant
A seasoned IT executive with 30+ years of extensive expertise in IT development, operations, infrastructure management and professional services. He is an expert in software development lifecycle and methodologies, systems architecture, IT project management, data center management, and quality management. Islam joined SEE in November 2021 & currently holding the position of Executive Consultant.
Islam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo and is proficient in PMBOK, ITIL, CMMi, and CMMi-SVC.
Hany Ahmed
Department Manager, SEE E-Payments
Hany has 30 years of combined experience in e-payment solutions. He is leading SEE E-Payments LOB since 2001 as the Department Manager developing & suppling cutting-edge technology for electronic payment solutions.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering from Ain Shams University & an MBA in Business Accounting from the Arab Academy for Sciences, Technology & Maritime Transport.
Mazen Sayed
Procurement Director
A highly accomplished sales & logistics professional with over a decade of experience driving business success in the technology industry. He has demonstrated the ability to navigate complex supply chain operations, foster strong partner relationships & deliver exceptional results. His leadership abilities & strategic vision have been instrumental in driving business growth, transforming operations & guiding the company to achieve industry-leading status while expanding its geographic footprint. Mazen joined SEE in July 2024 & currently holding the position of Procurement Director.
His educational background further reinforces his formidable skillset. Mazen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering, an MBA in Strategic Management from the Arab Academy for Sciences, Technology & Maritime Transport, and a Certified Internal Quality Auditing credential from TÜV Rheinland.
