Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- An engineering background is preferable.

Job Purposes
- To follow up and channel all the CEO-assigned actions.
The position will conduct and follow up on the following duties:
- Gather and document all CEO-assigned actions through meetings, emails, or a designated platform.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing action status, team performance, and overall progress toward CEO goals.
- Prioritize actions based on urgency and CEO emphasis.
- Set realistic deadlines and track progress
- Schedule regular meetings to discuss assigned actions.
- Communicate action details, desired outcomes, and deadlines.
- Foster open communication between the CEO and different teams of the company.
- track the progress of each action across all the teams.
- Regularly monitor progress and provide updates to the CEO, highlighting achievements and potential roadblocks.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritizing and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on the CEO’s behalf.
- Prepare briefing materials and taking points for meetings.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
