Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
  • From 2-4 years of working experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar role.
  • Presentable and has excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and in very highly sensitive projects.
  • Very good English Language.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide direct oversight of Projects within the organization.
  • Thoroughly review new projects and highlight any potential risks.
  • Responsible for developing Baseline Plan, Risks Register & Project Charter for all projects.
  • Oversees successful, timely delivery in coordination with PMs & Logistics Dept.
  • Facilitates communication between sales, logistics, and PMO.
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys at the closure of Projects.
  • Prepare regular monthly reports and presentations on the status of projects.
  • Work on improving the PM process and developing innovative ways to facilitate the process.
